Day 4...

Today has been busyish... We got up late partly because it seemed like the right thing to do. We then went to a pub in the nearby city to meet up with some friends who play ingress... This afternoon we made our way to the hotel that I booked for Hubby's birthday weekend.. We went swimming and had a really nice meal.

I'm thankful today that I am able to afford to take my hubby away and that we have enjoyed the time together...

Day 3

Today I am thankful for... 

Not having to work a night shift so I get to spend the day with my wonderful husband... Granted I spent a lot of it asleep but we had fish and chips for tea and have spent the time cuddled up on the sofa...

 

Day 2

Today I am thankful for having time before work with my wonderful husband who went out and brought bread and milk as we had none just so I Could have toast and tea before work. He is so wonderful

365 days of being thankful

Given that I seem to have hit a bit of a wall when it comes to blogging but also to a lot of other things so I'm hoping this will kick me off again.

So without further ado.
1st January thankfulness... That I had enough sleep before my this night shift and that I have a great team on today.

just a little bit to say....

I've been sat here thinking about writing a post for a while, and I've just haven't.. and today... now, I've started it. There is nothing in the way of our adoption to even contemplate posting about, it's all on hold whilst an investigation is carried out... my body still continues to not know what it's supposed to be doing. We are taking this time to move house and hopefully this will help when we do finally get back into the adoption process.

This time of the year is starting to get to me, it always does, however I know that once I've got more into the season I will be more with it, however at the moment I still feel a bit tender... This weekend we will be putting up our tree and doing the decorations so that's going to be good...
